1.Types of 2k molds
The 2k mold can be divided into core rotation, core retreat and push plate rotation according to the structure. The water transport arrangement of the two female molds and male molds should be as balanced as possible. In addition, the total thickness of the front template plus the A plate shall not be less than 170mm, which must meet the parameter requirements of the corresponding injection molding machine model.
The front and rear molds of the two color mold are in a straight line, and the center point must be matched after rotating 180°. The water outlet of the three templates should be designed with automatic demoulding action so as not to affect the second injection.
3.The development of 2k mold
